Project Overview
Funded by Locality through the Trailblazers programme, the forum supports the next generation of leaders to build confidence, develop advocacy skills, and influence policy and practice across local institutions.
Through leadership development, dialogue with decision-makers, and collaborative community projects, the forum creates space for young voices to shape a more equitable future. It forms a key part of the wider Anti-Racist Leicestershire vision, working collectively to drive meaningful, lasting change.

Project Goals & Objectives
The Anti-Racist Youth Forum aims to empower young people to become confident advocates for equality and inclusion in Leicester. Its objectives are to develop youth leadership, challenge racism in all its forms, and strengthen connections between young people and local decision-makers.
Leadership Development:
Equip young people with the skills, confidence, and knowledge to challenge racism, advocate for equality, and lead positive change within their communities.
