The Base 360 programme is designed to support the integration and empowerment of refugees, migrants, and local residents through targeted interventions in community engagement, skills development, and collaborative activities.

Create a dynamic hub where refugees, migrants and local residents work together to learn new skills, share experiences and build strong, inclusive relationships across Leicester.
Skills & Opportunity Development:
Deliver workshops, training and collaborative projects that enable participants to access education, employment pathways and community leadership roles.

Forge strategic alliances with local organisations and funders to ensure that Base 360’s activities are effective, inclusive and sustainable — measured by real‑world outcomes for participants and the wider community.

Base 360 seeks to support refugees, migrants, and local residents in Leicester by providing opportunities to connect, learn, and grow within a welcoming and inclusive community.
Through workshops, training sessions, cultural events, and collaborative projects, the programme empowers individuals to develop practical skills, build confidence, and access education and employment pathways.
